Information we receive

When you visit, hosting and security systems process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, the requested URL, time of access, browser and device information, referring page, and error or security records. These records can contain information that identifies or can be linked to you.

If you contact us by email, telephone, or mail, we receive the contact details you provide, your message, and correspondence needed to handle it. Please send only information necessary for your request. Do not send health records, test results, payment-card details, or passwords.

The website currently has no accounts, contact form, newsletter sign-up, comments, file uploads, patient-portal connections, or checkout. The pages do not currently load analytics or advertising tags. Fonts, icons, and images are served from this website.

How we use information

We use technical information to deliver pages, maintain availability, diagnose errors, and detect misuse. We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate corrections or accessibility problems, and handle privacy requests. Information may also be retained or used to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not request health information or use site visits to make medical decisions. Please do not include personal information in website URLs or send another person's information without authority.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, network-security, email, and communications providers may process information to supply their services. Access is limited to the purposes for which the service is used. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.

If the website or its operating business is transferred, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and the privacy protections that apply to those records.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This version of the website does not contain browser analytics, advertising pixels, or scripts for cross-site behavioral advertising. Our page scripts do not write cookies, local storage, or session storage. Hosting or security services may process request data independently of page scripts; see the Cookie Policy.

This policy does not authorize undisclosed tracking. If we introduce analytics, conversion measurement, or affiliate tracking, we will update these notices to explain the data, purposes, recipients, retention, and applicable choices before that processing starts. Where required, consent or an opt-out mechanism will be provided.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. The site does not currently perform cross-site tracking, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not change its present page-script behavior. Ordinary delivery and security processing still occurs.

Planned campaign measurement with Binom

We plan to use Binom to measure advertising visits, outgoing clicks, and attributed conversions. That integration is not enabled in this website version. Before it is enabled, this notice and any required privacy controls will be updated to reflect the actual configuration.

The planned measurement may involve an IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from the IP address, visit time, referring domain, page and campaign identifiers, a click identifier, and a conversion status or commission amount supplied by an affiliate partner. A click identifier is not anonymous merely because it does not contain a name. We do not need medical records, laboratory values, payment details, or a diagnosis for campaign measurement.

Binom can process requests and conversion notifications on a server even when no browser cookie is set. A future cookie notice alone would not describe all of that processing. Our proposed setup does not include remarketing or sending health-related browsing or purchase data to Google advertising systems. The proposed retention schedule is 30 days for detailed click and attribution records and up to 12 months for reports that have been reliably anonymized. These are planned settings, not a claim that a tracker is already running; they must be implemented and checked before collection begins.

Links to other websites

Source links open websites controlled by other organizations. If a page includes an affiliate link, it will disclose the commercial relationship. Following an external link sends a request to that destination, which may receive technical information and link parameters and may use its own cookies or tracking. Its privacy policy applies there.

Our website does not collect payment information for purchases made from an external seller. Contact that seller for its transaction records and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described here, including resolving a request, protecting the service, meeting legal obligations, and handling disputes. The relevant factors include the type and sensitivity of the information, the purpose of processing, provider retention settings, and applicable legal requirements.

We aim to limit access and collection to what is necessary. No website, email service, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Ordinary email is not a channel for sending medical records or other sensitive documents.

Privacy requests and your rights

You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and the law that applies to the business and processing, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy, opting out of certain uses, using an authorized agent, or appealing a refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject, call +1 (470) 642-2333, or write to the address above. Describe your request and enough context to locate the relevant correspondence. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or an agent's authority; please do not send an identity document unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law.

If you believe a request was wrongly refused, contact us using “Privacy appeal” and explain why. You may also contact the privacy or consumer-protection authority in your jurisdiction. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Children and international visitors

A1C Avenue is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The operator is based in the United States and the website is intended for a U.S. audience. Information provided to us and processed by our service providers may be handled in the United States and other locations where those providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Changes to this policy

We publish changes on this page and update the date shown above. If a change materially affects how personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. This policy applies to A1C Avenue, not to the external sites we link to.
